An Ordinance to repeal the North Borneo

Extradition Ordinance, 1896.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the North Borneo Extradition Ordinance, 1917.

2. The North Borneo Extradition Ordinance, 1896, is hereby repealed.
