COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 239. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has, under Section 3 (13) of the Holidays Ordinance, 1912, (Ordinance No. 5 of 1912), ordered that the Birthday of His Majesty the King is to be kept on Monday, the 4th June, 1917.

No. 240. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to exclude the Police Magistrates Department from the operation of the Holidays Ordi- nance, 1912, (Ordinance No. 5 of 1912), on Monday, the 4th June, 1917.

No. 241. The revised lists of persons to whom articles to be exported to China and Siam may be consigned, which were published as Notification No. 28, and amended by Notifications No. 29, No. 40, No. 53, No. 66, No. 113, No. 133, and No. 200, published in the Gazettes of January 26th, February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, March 23rd, and 30th, and May 4th, 1917, respectively, is hereby further amended as follows:--
