Title.

by those Acts, and for the purposes of this regulation a copy of any entry made in an official log book in manner provided by the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, shall, if it purports to be signed and certified as a true copy or extract by the officer in whose custody the original log book is entrusted, be admissible in evidence.

(3.) No person acting in pursuance of the powers aforesaid shall be liable to any penalty or to any action for damages in respect of his so acting.

2. These Regulations may be cited as the Transports Discipline Regula- tions, 1917, (No. 3), and shall be read and construed as one with the Transports Discipline Regulations, 1917, and with the Transports Discipline Regulations, 1917, (No. 2).

NOTE: The Transports Discipline Regulations, 1917, were published in the Gazette of the 19th January, 1917, and the Transports Discipline Regulations, 1917, (No. 2), were published in the Gazette of the 9th March, 1917.

No. 215. The following additional list of firms which are being wound up under the Trading with the Enemy Amendment Act, 1916, is published for general informa- tion. The previous lists appeared in the Gazettes of the 20th April, 5th, 19th, and 26th May, 9th, 23rd, and 30th June, 7th and 28th July, 4th, 11th, and 25th August, 15th, 22nd, and 29th September, 6th, 20th and 27th October, 17th November, 15th and 29th December, 1916, 12th, 19th, and 26th January, 16th and 23rd February, 2nd and 30th March, 27th April, and 4th May, 1917.
