COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 179.-Special passport regulations, similar to those obtaining in the case of Egypt, have been prescribed in respect of persons desiring to land in Malta. Such persons should apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office for instructions.

No. 180. The following addition has been made by IIis Excellency the Governor to the Port Regulations, 1917, published in Gazette Notification 159 of the 16th April,
"9A. No bumboat, without a written permit from the Naval Authorities, shall approach within 50 yards of any ship in the Naval Anchorage which flies the Pilot Jack at the fore or triatic stay".
