IMPORTS AND EXPORTS Department.

No. 150.-Notice is hereby given that no permits can be issued for the shipment of Dutiable Liquors or Tobacco as Ships' Stores, unless :----

(1.) The application for such permit is signed by the Master, or Agent of the ship to which it is desired to supply such Liquors or Tobacco; or

(2.) The application is accompanied by a written order from the Master or

Agent of such ship.

Ships' Stores include passengers' baggage and any other form of export not shown on the Ships' Manifest.

The rainfall for the month of March at the Botanical Gardens was 3ins 13 on 7 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 2ins.82 on 5 days, and at the Police' Station, Taipo, it was 3-07 on 12 days.
