9. No prosecution shall be instituted under these regulations except with Consent of the consent of the Attorney General :

10. These regulations may be cited as the Censorship Regulations, 1917.

No. 113. The revised lists of persons to. whom articles to be exported to China and Siam may be cousigned, which were published as Notification No. 28, and amended by Notifications No. 29, No. 40, No. 53, and No. 66, published in the Gazettes of January 26th, and February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, 1917, respectively, are hereby further amended as follows:-

No. 114.-Under Section 16 of the Companies Amendment Ordinance, 1913, it is hereby notified for general information that, in addition to those already notified, the following person has made application to be appointed auditor for the purposes of the Companies Ordinances, 1911-1915, and that he is, in my opinion, qualified to perform the duties required by the said Ordinance to be performed by an auditor :-
