EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 103. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has. given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 1st September, 1916, published in the Gazette of the same date as Government Notification No. 385, proclaiming Manila to be a port or place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.
No. 104. His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct, under Section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1903), that the name of Mr. JOHN ARCHIBALD SHAW be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 98 of the 16th March, 1917.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under Sections 39 and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, (Ordinance No. 10. of 1899), on the 22nd day of March, 1917.
Regulation No. 17 in Table U is amended by renumbering the present regulation as clause (1) of Regulation No. 17, and by the addition of the following clause :--
(2.) If any of the passenger accommodation of any vessel is occupied by cargo or passengers' baggage the said allowances shall be reduced by one passenger for every seven superficial feet of space so occupied.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under Section 5 (b) of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1916, (Ordinance No. 6 of 1916), this 22nd day of March, 1917.
Every person registered under the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1916, who has changed his residence shall within one week thereof notify the Captain Superinten- dent of Police of such change in the form hereunder.
