No. 99.-The following notification is published for general information:--

On and after the 20th March, 1917, the light on Green Island will be extin-

guished until further orders.

The Gap Rock, Waglan, and Cape Collinson Lights may be extinguished at any time without further notice. Masters of ships are accordingly warned not to approach Hongkong except during daylight hours.

In the event of weather conditions rendering it advisable, all or any of the above

lights may be exhibited without notice.
