OTICE is hereby given that by an order made His Honour the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong in the above matter date the 16th day of August 1906 on the Petition of ARTHUR RYLANDS LOWE of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Chartered Accountant., a creditor of the abovenamed Company. IT WAS ORDERED that the HONGKONG BREWERY COMPANY LIMITED be wound up under the provisions of the Cow- panies Ordinance 1865.

in and prove their said debts or claims at such tinic and place as shall be specified in such Notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribu- tion made before such debts are proved.
