Application for Registration of Trade Marks,
́OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. GIBB LIVINGSTON & COMPANY, carry-
ing on business at Vietoria in the Colony of Hongkong and elsewhere as Merchants have, on the 26th day of April 1906, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-
1. The representation of three Chinese ladies each of whom is depicted sit- ting in a punt holding a Chinese oar, At the bark of the picfare is also a pun with two children sitting in it ench of whom is holding an oar. The water in which the pants are floating is full of water lilies. A willow tree is depicted growing and spreading its foliage over the pond, On the left hand side are three Chinese

The Trade Mark Nod. I has been used by the applicants since the mouth of September 1993.
The Trade Mark Nod, 2 has been used by the applicants since the month of October
1903.
The Trade Marks Nod. 3 and 4 have been used by the applicants since the month of July

The Trade Mark Nod. 5 has been used by +he applicants since the month of September 1905.
The Trade Marks Nod. 6 and 7 have been used by the applicants since the month of October 1905.
The Trade Mark Nod. 8 has been used by the applicants since the mouth of November 1905.
The Trade Mark Nod. 9 is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith.
The Trade Marks Yod, 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have been used and the Trade Mark Nod, 9 is intended to be used by the applicants in respect of the following goods :-
Cotton Piece Goods of all Kinds, in Class 24.
