the winding-up of the abovenamed Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong in its Original Jurisdiction was on the 18th day of July 1906 presented to the said Court by ARTHUR RYLANDS LOWE of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong. Chartered Account- ant, And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Victoria aforesaid on the 16th August 1906 at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirions to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose; and that a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the sam”.
