ENGLISH MANUFACTURING COM- PANY, LIMITED, of 4 and 5, New Compton Street, Charing Cross Road, London, England, having, by assignment, become entitled to the Letters Patent of the 8th February, 1899, registered in this Colony in the name of WALTHER NERNST, Ph. D., in respect of an inven- tion for Electrical glow light, and assigned to the NERNS ELECTRIC LIGHT, LIMITED, have in pursuance of an Order by His Excellency the Governor in Council, been registered as the proprietors of the said Letters Patent,
