No. 646.-With reference to Government Notification No. 327 of the 12th April, 1906, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under Section 3 of the Public Health and Buildings Amendment Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 23 of 1903), Lieut.-Col. C. L. JOSLING, R.A.M.C., to be a Member of the Sanitary Board, in succession to Lieut.-Col. C. S. SPARKES, R.A.M.c., resigned.

No. 647It is hereby notified that His Honour Sir FRANCIS TAYLOR PIGGOTT, Knight, Chief Justice, has, by Commission signed by him, appointed CHARLES ALEXANDER DICK MELBOURNE, Esquire, of the Inner Temple, Barrister-at-Law, First Clerk of the Magis- tracy, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations, affirmations, aud attestations of honour in the Supreme Court, Hongkong, so long as he shall hold the said Office of First Clerk of the Magistracy as aforesaid.
