REDEMPTION of the whole of the 195
Debentures being the remaining part of an issue of Three hundred and ninety (390) eight per cent. Second Mortgage Debentures of One hundred dollars ($100.00) Hongkong Currency each issued by the above-named Company on the Fifteenth day of April, One thousand nine hundred and twelve.
TAKE notice that the above-named Company will in pursuance of the power reserved to it by Clause 3 of the conditions endorsed on the Debentures of the above Series redeem the whole of the One hundred and ninety-five (195) Debentures the numbers of which are hereunder set forth being the remaining part of an issue of Three hundred and ninety (390) eight per cent. Second Mortgage Debentures of One hundred dollars ($100.00) Hongkong Currency each hold by you at the expiration of Six calen- dar months from the date of this Notice, that is to say on Thursday, the Twenty-first day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at which date all principal and interest will be paid to you on the presentation and surrender of the Debentures at the Registered Office of the Company being the Offices of the under- signed situate at Prince's Buildings, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong.
The numbers of the particular Debentures remaining to be paid off are as follows:---
