SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. Area marked A of Lot No. 275 as shown on the plan deposited in the District Office and whole area of Lot No. 276 to be reclaimed to the satisfaction of the Land Officer within two years from the date of sale.
2. The Purchaser shall within three years from date of sale, expend $1,000 in improvements on Lot No. 275 to the satisfaction of the Land Officer.
3. The Purchaser shall expend a sum of not less than $500 on buildings on Lot No. 276 and $100 on buildings on Lot No. 277 within three years from the date of sale.
