No. S. 210.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Labour and Stores, B. & F. Department will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 14th October, 1916, for the supply of Labour and Stores required by the Botanical and Forestry Department for the year 1917.

For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered, unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $200. as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 211.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Flower Pots", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 14th October, 1916, for the supply of Flower Pots for the year 1917.
