Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that W. R. LOXLEY & Co., of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 29th day of August, 1916, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

The representation of a "Star" surrounded by two concentric circles with the words "Loxley & Company, Hong- kong", in Chinese between the two circles.

This Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods:

Perfumery (including toilet articles, pre- parations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap), in Class 48.
