will be held at the Office of the Liquidator, New Government Building, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Wednesday, the 20th day of September, 1916, at 12.30 p.m. precisely, for the purpose of having the account of the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the Winding-up has been conducted and the pro- perty of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to pass his remuneration and also to pass the following Extraordinary Resolution, viz :--
That the Books, Accounts and Documents of the Company, and of the Liquidator thereof be retained by the Liquidator, he undertaking to destroy the same at the expiration of five years from the Dissolution of the Company.
