The Trade Marks next hereinafter mentioned have respectively been used by the Applicants as follows, viz:---No. 1 in respect of Ointmeut for Human Use: Nos. 2 and 7 in respect of Pills for Human Use; No. 3 in respect of Embrocation for Human Use; and Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in respect of a Medicine for Human Use; all since October, 1908, and all in Class 3.

The above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are to be associated with each other and with Trade Mark No. 47 of 1910; and the above mentioned Trade Mark No. 7 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 46 of 1910.
