No. S. 174.--In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a public trough-closet latrine at the North-west corner of the Cattle Depôt at Kennedy Town.

If any owner or occupier of property in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erection such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 15th day of September, 1916.

Passage through Taishek Barrier clear of obstruction. REFERRING to Local Notice to Mariners No. 132, Notice is hereby given that the vessel sunk in the fairway at Taishek Barrier has been lifted and removed.

The channel is now clear of obstruction.
