REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 420, dated August 18, 1915, the second class black can buoy eastward of entrance to San Fernando harbor, Province of La Union, was replaced July 18, 1916,

The second class red nun buoy, No. 2, on the shoal patches east of Loeulan Shoals, was replaced June 22, 1916, by a first class red nun buoy. Location and angles remain
the same.

Kodono-Jima Buoy, Inland Sea.
NOTICE is hereby given that Kodono Jima Buoy, N. of Kodono-Jima, Mihara-Seto, Inland Sea, has broken adrift.
Further notice will be given after the buoy has been remoored in its due position.

SANITARY DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 143. In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (No. 1 of 1903), it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a Public Latrine on the site of the existing Public Urinal situate at the junction of Albany, Garden, Peak and Robinson Roads.
If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erec- tion such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 11th day of August, 1916.
