ness in London, Hongkong and elsewhere with offices at King's Buildings, Hongkong, has on the 27th day of January, 1916, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of the ASIATIC PETROLEUM Co., LTD., who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applic- ants for many years in respect of the following goods:-

Illuminating, heating and lubricating oils,

in Class 47.

A facsimile of the Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the offices of the under- signed.
