NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for

the Winding-up of the above-named Com- pany by the Supreme Court of Hongkong, was on the Seventh day of September, 1915, pre- sented to the said Court by Ip KwAN HING of No. 9, Gough Street. Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong. Married Woman. And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court, Hongkong, on the 7th day of July, 1916, and any creditor or contributery of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of bearing by himself or his Consel for that pur- pose; and a copy of the Petition will be fur- nished to any Creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the under- signed on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that W. R. LOXLEY

& Co., of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, have on the 1st day of February, 1946, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:

"The representation of a Flag flying from

a post with a star in the centre and in the centre of which there are five smaller stars, Beneath appears the name of Loxley Foreign Firm" in Chinese and the whole is surrounded by a floral border at the top and centre of which are the words W. R. Loxley & Co., China".

This Trade Mark is associated with mark No. 16 of 1915, and is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :
