No. S. 119. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Police Station, Au Tan, at 2 p.m., on Thursday, the 6th day of July, 1916.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Orchard Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Conditions hereunder speci- fied. The Lots are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909 and No. 5 published in Government Notification No. 278 of 1911.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

1. The Purchaser shall within three years from date of sale, plant fruit trees on the Lot or Lots to the entire satisfaction of the Land Officer.

2. No existing graves on the Lot or Lots shall be disturbed without the permission of the Land Officer and the Purchaser shall at all times allow all persons entitled to have access to such graves over the Lots sold,
