No. S. 114. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which must be submitted in duplicate and be clearly marked "Tender for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 1st July, 1916.

For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

On 15th (28th) March the lighting of Bruce and Pospieloff valvular lights has been resumed.

No. 19.
The lighting of the following lighthouses which had been discontinued during the winter has been resumed: Petropavlovsky on 1st (14th) April and Yauquieres and Nikalaievsky with Milintine lights on 5th (18th) April.
The lighting of the entrance into “Jikhaia Pristan in the Gulf of St. Olga discon- tinued during the winter has been resumed on 4th (17th) April and of Closter Camp lighthouse with De Custrier valvular lights on 8th (21st) April.

Spencer Gulf.-Port Augusta Channel.
MASTERS of vessels, Pilots, and others are hereby informed that No. 3 Green Light Beacon, marking Commissariat Point, has disappeared, and that until further notice the position hitherto marked by a Green Light will be marked by a black buoy surmounte d by a square head.
Approximate position, Latitude 32° 36' S., Longitude 137° 46' E.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389 and 401.
