New Lights Established.
Cauit Point.
AN automatic acetylene flashing light, showing one white flash every three (3) seconds, was established May 14, 1916, at Cauit Point, Province of Surigao, east coast of Mindanao. The light is shown from a white concrete beacon. Height of light above mean high water, 55 feet. Visible 12 miles.
Tinaca Point.
An automatic acetylene flashing light, showing one white flash every three (3) seconds, was established May 17, 1916, at Tinaca Point, Sarangani Straits, south coast of Mindanao. The light is shown from a white concrete beacon. Height of light above mean high water, 140 feet. Visible 15 miles.
North Ubian Island.
An automatic acetylene flashing light, showing one white flash every two (2) seconds, was established May 21, 1916, at northern point of North Ubian Island, Pangu- tarang Passage, Sulu Sea. The light is shown from a white concrete beacon. Height of light above mean high water, 35 feet. Visible 10 miles.

Chefoo Harbour.
Entrance to the Inner Harbour under construction--Alterations in Buoyage.
REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 613, notice is hereby given that the following alterations have been made in the buoyage of the entrance to the Inner Harbour under construction at Chefoo.
The red Spar Buoy, which marked the eastern end of the mole under construction, has been replaced by a red Buoy, gas-lighted, showing an occulting red light every 8 seconds, thus:

The black Buoy, gas-lighted, which was moored off the northern end of the break- water under construction, has been moved 13 cables S. 25° E. from its former position and the characteristics of the light changed to a white light occulting every 3 seconds, thus:
