NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of

Section 188 of the Companies' Ordinance, 1911, that the Final Winding-up Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the Offices of the Liquidators, St. George's Build- ing, Chater Road, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Monday, 22nd May, 1916, at noon, for the purpose of having the account of the Liqui- dators showing the manner in which the wind- ing-up has been conducted and the Property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that W. R. LOXLEY

& Co., of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 6th day of April, 1916, applied for the Registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:

(1) The representation of nine Chinese men standing in a group, some of whom are holding a picture.

(2) The representation of Two Quails in

All the above Trade Marks have been used by the applicants since 1915, in respect of Cotton Piece Goods, etc., in Class 24.

The Trade Marks Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 8 have been used by the applicants since 1915, in respect of Cloths, etc., in Class 34.

The Trade Marks Nos. 1, 5, 6 and 7 have not hitherto been used by the applicants in respect of Cloths, etc., in Class 34, but it is intended so to use them forthwith.

Facsimiles of these Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks,

in the name of the STANDARD OIL COMPANY CALIFORNIA, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
