2. A Chinese official perusing a memorial- scroll before a Chinese monument. A maid servant with a lamp accom- panies the official, In the upper border the characters signifying “The Memorial Brand" and in the lower applicant's name in Chinese. Remain- der of borders decorated with flowers. in the name of H. M. H. NEMAZEE, who claims to be the sole proprietor theroof.
The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the applicant in respect of the following goods :-
Cotton Piece Goods of all kinds, such as cotton shirtings, long cloth, etc., in Class 24.
Facsimiles of the Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and also at the offices of the undersigned.
