OTICE is hereby given that the necessary Petitions Declarations and Specifications required by the Patents Ordinance, 1892, have been duly filed in the office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and that it is the inten- tion of the above-named EMPIRE MACHINE COM- PANY by Messrs. DENNYS & BOWLEY, their Agents, to apply to His Excellency the Gover- nor-in-Council, at 9.30 a.m., on the 27th day of April, 1916, for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of the said invention.
