NOTICES TO MARINERS.
Until further notice the Government Dredger St. Enoch will be dredging an area .extending to 300 yards South of the Star Ferry Pier at Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
All craft are warned to pass outside 100 yards from this vessel and all steamers must ease their engines to slow when passing within 300 yards of her.
When the Dredger is working she will fly by day a red burgee from after-mast and by night two red lights one at each mast-head.

Spencer Gulf. Franklin Harbor. (Inward Bound.)
MASTERS of vessels and others are hereby informed that the following two buoys have been removed from the Franklin Harbor Channel:-Red Buoy, midway between Nos. 3 and 5 Light Beacons. Black Buoy, abreast of the Red Buoy about midway between No. 8 Light Beacon and Jetty. Also that an additional Black Buoy has been placed about 1,000 ft. south of No. 5 Light Beacon to assist in navigating the turning point.
This affects Admiralty Chart No. 2389, and Survey of Channel dated 1914.

TIENTSIN DISTRICT.
Gulf of Pechili-Approach to Taku Bar.
Taku Light-vessel Moved.
REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 612, notice is hereby given that the Taku Light-vessel has been moved 492 cables S. 11° W. from its former position. It is now moored in 23 feet of water, and from the Light-vessel the Cavalier at North Fort bears N. 69° 10′ W., distant 8 miles. This movement places the Light-vessel on the leading line of the Taku Bar Outer Leading Marks.
All bearings given are magnetic, and depths are those of low water of spring tides.
