I, by the name
NOTICE is hereby given that the TWENTY-
SEVENTH ORDINARY MEETING OF SHARE- HOLDERS in this Company will be held at the Company's Officers, Victoria Buildings, on Friday, 18th February, 1916, at Noon, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors together with the Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st December, 1915.
The Register of Shares of the Company will be Closed from Friday, the 11th February, to Friday, 18th February, 1916, (both days inclu- sive), during which period no Transfer of Shares can be Registered.

Albiana OTICEis hereby given that ENTERPRISE TOBACCO COMPANY, LIMITED (a Company now in Hongkong and of No. 178, Sheriff Road West Hartlepool, England, hereby give Public registered under the laws of Great Britain) of Notice that on the Fifth day of February, 1916, 7, Millbank, London, S.W., Tobacco Manu- I formally and absolutely renounced and re-facturers, have on the 11th day of November, liquished and abandoned the use of my said 1915, applied for the registration in Hong- surname of WEHERNBELO and my said Christian kong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the name of RUDOLF and then assumed and adopted following Trade Mark :- and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of HARRY WILLIAM RALPH FOWLER instead of the said name of HARRY WILLIAM RUDOLF WEHRENBERG and I give further Notice that by a Deed Poll dated the Fifth day of February, 1916, duly executed and attested and registered in the Land Office, at Victoria, Hongkong, and intended to be duly enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in England, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of WEHERNBERG and Christian name of RUDOLF and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of HARRY WILLIAM RALPH FOWLER instead of the name of HARRY WILLIAM RUDOLF WEHREN- BERG and so as to be at all times thereafter called known and described by the name of HARRY WILLIAM RALPH FOWLER.

This Trade Mark consists of a panel sur- rounded by and composed of Cables and four life belts at the corners, in the centre of which is depicted a Sub- marine with a gun on the deck firing at an aeroplane overhead and with three battleships in the back ground. In the left top corner of the panel is the word Submarine, and at the foot of the panel are the following Chinese words. "Submarine brand'
