Declaration and Office copy of the Letters Patent and complete specifications required by the above-mentioned Ordinance have been duly filed in the office of the Regis trar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the above-named VICTOR TALKING MACHINE COMPANY, by Messrs. DEACON, LOOKER, DEACON & HARSTON, Solicitors to apply to His Excellency the Governor-in-Council, at 9.30 a., on Thursday, the 17th day of Feb- ruary, 1916, for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention.

The mark is oblong in form containing at either end the words "12 oz." followed by a circular device within the pur- lieus of which is shown a shield in relief bearing the legend "Socony" and

This Trade Mark is to be associated with of 1914, 19 of 1915 and 20 of 1915. Marks Nos. 32c of 1899, 15 and 16 of 1909, 137
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :--
