Vessels of every description entering or leaving the inner Harbour are to pass between the above mentioned Buoys.

Weather sufficiently bad to prevent working in the Harbour may necessitate the temporary removal of the Lighter.

Lauis Ledge, Cebu Harbor.

THE occulting white light (11 seconds light, 4 seconds eclipse) shown from the top of the concrete house has been changed to an acetylene flashing white every six (6) seconds, thus: one (1) second light, five (5) seconds dark.

Position, height and are of visibility will remain the same.

LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS.

No. 128.

Light Marking Saiwan Barrier Established.

NOTICE is hereby given that from the 1st February 1916 onwards, a red unclassed light will be exhibited on the North bank of Saiwan Channel, marking the spot at which the Saiwan Barrier crosses the water.

The light will be exhibited from an iron mast, painted white, at a height of 15 feet above H. W. S. and should be visible on a clear night at a distance of 2 miles.

The light-keeper's dwelling consists of a small hut painted white, situated imme- diately to the Northward of the mast.
