Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that ENTERPRISE TOBACCO COMPANY, LIMITED (a Company registered under the laws of Great Britain) of 7, Millbank, London, S.W., Tobacco Manu- facturers, have on the 11th day of November, 1915, applied for the registration in Hong- kong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :
SUBMARINE
This Trade Mark consists of a panel sur- rounded by and composed of Cables
and four life belts at the corners, in
the centre of which is depicted a Sub- marine with a gun on the deck firing
at an aeroplane overhead and with three battleships in the back ground. In the left top comer of the panel is the word Submarine, and at the foot
of the panel are the following Chinese words. "Submarine brand".
in the name of ENTERPRISE TOBACCO COMPANY,
in the name of KUNG SANG YUEN, who claim to LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors there-
be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Pills for Females, in Class 3.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the Office of the under signed.
