THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE, 1935.

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935,

Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. KWAN WING HONG be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council amends the scale of fees in Table C in the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification 837 in the Gazette of 28th October, 1938, as follows :—

Amendment.

The figures "$84" are substituted for the figures "$76" in the eighth line of columns 2, 3 and 6 of the said Table, so that the fee for the renewal of a certificate and for the annual survey of a classed ship, and the fee for the annual survey of an unclassed ship, of 2,500 tons and under 3,000 tons shall be $84 instead of $76.
