ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance as amended by Government Notification No. 903 in the Gazette of the 13th November, 1936, as follows:-

Amendment.

The Second Appendix to the First Schedule is amended by the deletion of the word "up" within the brackets in the fourth item and the substitution therefor of the word "down".

ORDINANCE No. 50 of 1935. (SAND).

Notice is hereby given that in all sale and removal permits granted on or after the eleventh day of November, 1938, the price to be paid for the sand to which they related shall be $1.50 per cubic yard.
