ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).
It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorized as a place to be used as an urn cemetery, to be known as Hammer Hill Urn Cemetery, the piece of land containing about 90 acres situated at Hammer Hill in New Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in, and which may be seen at, the office of the Public Works Department, in substitution for the piece of land authorized to be used as an urn cemetery and notified in the Gazette of 23rd July, 1937, as Government Notification 508, which is hereby cancelled.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 12 of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 21 of 1901, this 31st day of October, 1938.
In the exercise of the powers vested in him by the provisions of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, and otherwise His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered and declared that the duration of the rights, powers and privileges granted, made and maintained under the provisions of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, shall be extended for a period of one year from the 15th December, 1938.
