COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

It is hereby notified for general information that the International Convention relating to Motor Traffic, which was signed at Paris on 24th April, 1926, now applies to the following territory in addition to the list published as G.N. 608 in the Gazette of 10th July, 1936, and that the dis- tinguishing mark indicated below has been allotted to that territory.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor under the powers conferred on him by regulation 34 (2) of the Emergency Regulations published as Government Notification 794 in the Gazette of 12th October, 1938, has established the following camps for alien refugees and others :-

(1) Two areas of Crown Land situated to the north of King's Road and to the east of Kam Hong Street at North Point, Hong Kong and defined by notice boards bearing the words "North Point Refugee Camp in English and Chinese.

(2) An area of Crown Land in the western portion of King's Park, Kowloon measuring approximately 300 yards by 80 yards and defined by four notice boards, one at each corner, bearing the words King's Park Refugee Camp" in English and Chinese.

(3) An area of Crown Land at Ma Tau Chung, Kowloon measuring approximately 380 yards by 140 yards defined by four notice boards one at each corner bearing the words " Ma Tau Chung Refugee Camp" in English and Chinese.

(4) An area measuring 1,300 yards by 1,000 yards to the east of Kam Tin Village in the northern district of the New Territories and defined by four notice boards, one at each corner bearing the words "Pat Heung Refugee Camp in English and Chinese.
