ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments to the Radiocommunication Regulations in the Schedule to the said Ordinance and prescribes the following form together with the conditions shown thereon.
Amendment.
1. Regulation 2, as amended by Government Notification 896 of 13th November, 1936, is further amended by the addition of the following paragraphs at the end thereof-
(h) Wireless Telegraphy School Licences.
() Experimental Station Licences.
2. Regulation 10 is amended by the insertion of the words "or an Experimental Station Licence" immediately after the words Radio Distribution Station Licence" in the first line thereof.
3. Regulation 15, as amended by Government Notifica- tions 461 of 22nd May, 1936, and 786 of 25th September, 1936, is further amended by the insertion after the item relating to a Radio Distribution Station Licence, of the following items-
For a Wireless Telegraphy
School Licence
For an Experimental Station
Licence

As may be decided by the

4. The following form is added as Form No. 12.-
