THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE, 1935.

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935,

Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. MAK CHUN

Poy be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.

ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935.

[SANITATION ]).

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under Section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, this day authorized as a place to be used as a cemetery or urn cemetery and to be known as "Shum Wan Cemetery" the piece of land containing about 8.68 acres, situated at Shum Wan in Hong Kong in the Colony of Hong Kong as shown on the plan deposited in and which may be seen at the office of the Public Works Department.
