ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).
His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased, under section 99 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, by order to direct, and it is hereby ordered, that the provisions of sections 8 and 19 of the said Ordinance shall apply to the New Territories.

THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE, 1935.
His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. YOUNG-ON LEE be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.
