ORDINANCE No. 5 of 1922. (EMERGENCY REGULATIONS).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council hereby makes the following further amendment to the emergency regulations for the prevention of cholera published as Government Notification No. 430 in the Gazette of the 30th May, 1938, as amended by Govern- ment Notification No. 547 published in the Gazette of the 22nd July, 1938 :-

Amendment.

After regulation 7 add the following regulation 7A:-

7A.--(1) No person shall, in any manner whatsoever, in the harbour or in Kwaichang Bay, collect shell fish.

(2) For the purpose of this regulation the term fish" includes mussels, shrimps, prawns, lobsters and all other kinds of molluses and crustaceans.

(3) For the purpose of this regulation "Kwaichang Bay" means the area bounded on the west by a line drawn three hundred and thirty-six degrees from the western extremity of Stonecutters Island through Pillar Island to the eastern shore of Capsimun Pass and on the east by the mainland and the harbour.
