ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, the Governor in Council prescribes the following form as the form in which written certificates of discharge of seamen shall be given under section 5 Subsection 9 of the said Ordinance.
