ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1938. (GASHOLDERS EXAMINATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Gasholders Examination Ordinance, 1938, the Governor in Council hereby amends the Regulations made under and contained in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows:-

Amendment.

Regulation 3 is amended by the deletion of the words "in or about the month of June" in the first and second lines thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "between 1st January and 31st March'.
