NOTE. The minimum rates of postage for each packet contain- ing printed papers and/or commercial papers and/or samples shall be 25 cents if the packet contains commercial papers and 10 cents if it contains no commercial papers.

NOTE.-Articles in Classes B-H inclusive will be accepted for transmission by air throughout or partly by air and partly by surface transport on payment of the appropriate postage rate laid down in Class A for the destination to which such article is addressed.
