PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section 13 of the Crown Rents (Apportion- ment) Ordinance, 1936. (Ordinance No. 4 of 1936) it is provid- ed that the said Ordinance shall apply to, and come into operation as regards, such lots, areas or districts and as from such date or dates as shall be from time to time appointed by the Governor by Proclamation :

NOW 1, Sir GEOFFRY ALEXANDER STAFFORD NORTHCOTE, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its dependencies and Vice- Admiral of the same, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said section, do hereby PROCLAIM and APPOINT that the said Ordinance shall apply to, and come into operation as regards :-
