ORDINANCE No. 21 of 1932. (PENSIONS).
WHEREAS Percival Lorimer Collisson, Esquire, O.B.E., late of the Colonial Audit Service and Auditor, Hong Kong, retired from the public service of this Colony on 25th Novem- ber, 1937:
AND WHEREAS, in pursuance of paragraphs 17 and 18 of the Report of the Colonial Audit Committee, 1910, and paragraph 6 of the Secretary of State's Circular Despatch of 10th April, 1936, the said Percival Lorimer Collisson has elected that his pension be computed in accordance with a certain formula and not under the laws and regulations of the Administrations under which he has served :
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that effect be given to the said election by fixing the amount of the pension of the said Percival Lorimer Collisson to be paid from the revenue and assets of this Colony:
Now THEREFORE, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pensions Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation:
Notwithstanding anything in the Pensions Regulations “A” made under the Pensions Ordinance, 1932, and published as Government Notification 774 in the Gazette of 9th Decem- ber, 1932, a pension of 493 pounds 3 shillings and 6 pence per annum shall be granted to Percival Lorimer Collisson, Esquire, O.B.E., late of the Colonial Audit Service and Auditor in this Colony, such pension to commence on and be payable as from the 26th day of November, 1937; such pension to be granted subject in all respects save only in the amount of such pension to the same regulations as if it had been granted in pursuance of the said Pension Regulations "A".
