COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

With reference to the Air Navigation (Colonies, Pro- tectorates and Mandated Territories) Order, 1927, as sub- sequently amended, and the list of states which have ratified or adhered to the Convention published as list B in Government Notification 431 in the Gazette of 27th July, 1928, the follow- ing amendments to that list are hereby published for general information:

1. The Government of Chili has denounced the Conven- tion and this denunciation took effect on the 14th October, 1937.
