No. 539.—It is hereby notified with reference to Government Notification No. 752, of the 8th November, 1905, that His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased on the recommendation of the Recreation Grounds Committee to allot the area in Happy Valley, marked D 1. on the plan deposited with the Custodian to the Garrison Recreation Club, for Hockey, on Thursdays and Saturdays, instead of on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

No. 540.—It is hereby notified that the ITALIAN FAR EAST TRADING COMPANY, Victoria, Hongkong, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 162 of 1906, as applied to Articles of clothing such as rubber boots and shoes, &c., in Class 38; and that the saine has been duly registered.
