No. 402.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies to appoint Mr. PAUL HANNAY SYMONS, M.Sc., A.I.C., to be an Assistant Analyst, with effect from the 11th May, 1938.
